(HEALTH REVIEW) Monster Energy Drink, Red Bull & Verve

I drank a few energy drinks during my years, 3 different ones to be more specific. Monster, Red Bull, and the latest 1, Verve.

I will be honest, ALL 3 energy drinks taste decent and good and I am more than happy to give my audience a review to determine which drink in my opinion, you should consider having the most.

Let's start with the most common one, Red Bull, the drink that gives you wings:

In my own opinion, this drink is good, it's not completely HEALTHY, but it's good and it helps at certain times.  The taste is good, it doesn't taste REALLY GOOD but it doesn't taste bad either, this is the drink you want if you don't care about how good it is. However, as for me.. it tastes good, but when I'm close to finishing the can, it stats to taste a little different for me, I don't know about anybody else but I was able to notice the change, however it could just be me and my taste buds acting silly.

I wouldn't recommend this as something to drink every hour or 2, just because it gives you wings (pun intended) doesn't mean it can't give you diabetes. Whether it helps or not, it still has calories and sugar. Overall, it's a good drink, but it's best to consider it as a "energy booster" I don't recommend drinking 3+ cans a day. It's also not recommended to give to kids, it can get them really hyperactive and we can both agree that you don't want the kids to end up breaking something you value.

I give this drink a good 8.5/10 because even though drinking a lot of them is bad, it still helps the average bodybuilder/jogger/etc..

The next drink that is pretty interesting to me is the Monster energy drink:

Now to be perfectly honest, I rarely drink this and I will explain why. I only drink Monster when I want to get that energy drink type taste and chill at the same time. In my opinion this is what I would call a "Hyper Drink" because it gets me so hyper. I haven't tried the other kinds of Monster, only the regular, so I can't really say anything negative about this, however if you're trying to have a fit body and work out and you need refreshments, you're best buying Red Bull. For some reason, I can't explain, it gets me hyper but it also gets me a little lazy. Whether it makes sense or not this is just my opinion on it. The drink is good, but it's not what I'd drink every day or 2.

If you read the caption "unleash the beast" it kinda hints out on a subconscious level that this drink makes you hyperactive... at least that's what I think. Other than that I only have little to say about this drink mainly because I'm not a fan of this drink however I do drink this once in a while, just not often. In terms of the cost of this drink, it's pretty good, considering how big the can is, compared to a Red Bull, both drinks cost $2. That is the reason why I actually choose Monster over Red Bull. If you're 1 of those people that just likes the taste and doesn't care if it has the potential to give you a 6 pack or anything like that, then I recommend Monster. Of course there's a variety of different types of Monster, same with Red Bull, so choose whatever you think is best for you. Like I said, this is only an opinion. I give this drink a 6/10.

Last but not least, a very interesting energy drink called Verve:

I have very interesting things to say about this product, mainly because I recently tried it out when my sibling bought 2 packs of these. This product line also has a variety, Bold being my favorite. This product is actually the 1st energy drink that I can consider almost 100% healthy. I have tried 2, unfortunately not all of them. The 1st being the Verve Partea. I'll be honest, it's healthy, but I didn't like it. My sister's friend claimed it tastes better than Arizona Iced Tea... pretty sure he was just exaggerating the taste. In my personal opinion, I don't like the Partea but I LOVE the Verve Bold. It tasted good, decent to some of my friends, and it helps me stay up. I can happily say that this has a better effect on me than coffee.  While coffee helps me stay up I still feel a little fatigue, Verve Bold helps me stay up and I don't even feel tired, as a matter of fact, I feel like I just woke up every time I drink a can, it's truly amazing and I appreciate my sister for buying the 2 packs of Verve.  I can't really say a lot because there's only a few things you need to know about it, it's healthy and if you are the type of person that needs something to help yourself stay up at night then drink a can of Verve Bold and you're good to go.

Sadly it's not in stores yet, at least not in my local area, so I can't tell you the exact price for each can. However, if you are interested in buying it in packs, You can go to sites such as Ebay/Amazon/Etc. Overall it's good, healthy,  and it doesn't even make me hyper, so I highly recommend this to ANYONE, even your grandparents. If you're the type of person that likes taste and likes to stay up overnight then I recommend Bold, but if you can care less about the taste and just wanna be fit and stay in good shape, buy any version of Verve that you like or wanna try out. I give this drink a 9/10 only because the Bold isn't as healthy as the other versions of Verve.

That's pretty much it for my review on the 3 energy drinks, Red Bull, Monster, and Verve. In order, I'd say that Verve is #1, giving Red Bull 2nd place which leaves Monster for last. Note that this is in my opinion and my words towards each Product may differ from someone else's.

I will be posting more reviews on certain products that people are interested in, make sure you guys keep checking on my blog for something new. Could be some advice for health, a new Theory I came up with, etc.
